Abstract

The dynamic business environment in Jakarta underscores the need for understanding factors that enhance new employees' job performance. This study explores the influence of organizational culture, training effectiveness, and leadership style on job performance. Organizational culture, which includes shared values and norms, impacts employee engagement and performance. Effective training equips new hires with essential skills and boosts their confidence and efficiency. Leadership style, whether transformational, transactional, or laissez-faire, affects job satisfaction and performance. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 120 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression in Jamovi. The findings reveal that organizational culture, training effectiveness, and leadership style significantly impact job performance, with a p-value <0.001 for all variables. The model explains 62.1% of the job performance variability. The study concludes that these factors are crucial for enhancing job performance among new employees in Jakarta. Organizations should focus on fostering a positive culture, investing in effective training, and adopting supportive leadership to improve employee performance and achieve a competitive edge in Jakarta's market.
